Assistant Training Centre Manager

Hours

Full Time 37˝ hours per week - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Late night opening Tuesday and Thursday till 8pm

Rate of Pay Subject to experience

Duties

Recruit clients and promote/sell a variety of training courses.

Maintain strong and supportive links with the Job Centre.

Meet/exceed financial and contractual targets

Adhere to budgets.

Provide guidance and support to staff and learners.

Skills required

Ideally Training or Managerial Qualifications

Must have a knowledge of NVQ / CLAIT/ ECDL/  OCR

Must have experience of managing staff/learners – i.e. rotas, managing

time and attendance, induction’s, health and safety, staff training and development.

Experience in marketing - i.e. advertising, use of databases and cold calling.

Preparation of reports and statistical information.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi task / work under pressure.

Excellent IT skills.
