The world of business is very competitive and companies are always looking for ways to stand out from their competitors.  Delivering an efficient and high quality customer service function is just one way that can help.

You will be providing customers with the highest possible standard of care, resulting in increased satisfaction and a better, more competitive service. Everyone has a role to play in fulfilling the wants and needs of customers and as a result, these skills are in high demand in every organisation.

Customer Service is about ensuring the public gain maximum satisfaction from your company’s products and services. You will have to solve customers’ problems and handle their enquiries while maintaining high standards and retaining customer loyalty.

By completing an Apprenticeship in Customer Service you will learn how to develop your ‘people skills’ and gain the confidence to deal with a variety of situations.

You will train on the job and be assessed in the workplace and on a portfolio of work.  Throughout your Apprenticeship you will receive help and support from your Charter Assessor.

Once qualified there may be opportunities for you to progress to Team Leader or Manager
