Information Technology is one of the fastest growing and most exciting sectors in practically all of the world’s industries.  In today’s business world, companies use IT to stay ahead of the competition and as a result, companies continually invest in new technology.

Consequently, there is always a need for people with strong computer skills and the ability to use a variety of computer packages.

Working in either a small or large company, you will use different IT applications to store and generate information, analyse data and produce documents and presentations. You will also maintain the hardware systems including printers and scanners.

By completing an Apprenticeship in IT you will gain knowledge of computer systems and software packages and how they fit into today’s business world

You will train on the job and be assessed in the workplace and on a portfolio of work. Throughout your Apprenticeship you will receive help and support from your Charter Assessor.
